This policy applies to our website and interactions across phone, email, online forms, and any services where you ask us to help explore or arrange finance.

2) What personal information we collect

The types of personal information we may collect depend on why you contact us and what you ask us to do. This can include:

  • Identity and contact details (name, email, phone number, address, date of birth).
  • Business details (ABN/ACN, trading name, time in business, industry, business address).
  • Financial information relevant to your request (income, assets/liabilities, bank statements, BAS, financials).
  • Credit-related information where relevant (repayment history, existing facilities, and information from credit reporting bodies if you authorise it).
  • Asset details (vehicle/equipment details, invoices/quotes, registration, VIN, supplier information).
  • Website activity (IP address, device/browser info, pages visited, referral source) via cookies and analytics.

We generally do not seek to collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act). If we need it for a specific request, we will only collect it with your consent or as permitted by law.

3) How we collect personal information

We collect personal information in a few ways:

  • When you submit forms (including Check Eligibility) or contact us via phone, email, or the website.
  • When you provide documents during an enquiry or application process.
  • From third parties where it’s relevant to your request and you’ve authorised it (for example: finance providers, identity verification, credit reporting bodies, or referrers).
  • Automatically through cookies and analytics tools when you browse our website.

You can browse our website anonymously, but some features (like enquiry forms) require contact details so we can respond.

4) How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide requested information about services such as Low Doc Vehicle Finance and Low Doc Asset Finance.

  • Verify identity, prevent fraud, and manage risk.
  • Improve our website, customer experience, and service delivery.
  • Send marketing communications where you’ve opted in (and you can opt out at any time).
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5) Who we may disclose personal information to

We may disclose personal information to third parties where it’s necessary to deliver what you’ve asked us to do, including:

  • Finance providers (lenders and lessors) to obtain quotes, approvals, and settle facilities you request.
  • Service providers who help us operate our business (for example: hosting, email, CRM, IT support, and document management).
  • Verification and compliance providers where relevant (for example: identity verification, fraud prevention, and audit support).
  • Credit reporting bodies where relevant and authorised in connection with applications you ask us to assist with.
  • Professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers) and contractors, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Government agencies and regulators where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell personal information. We only disclose it where relevant to your request, permitted by law, and/or where you have authorised us to do so.

6) Overseas disclosure

Some third-party service providers we use to operate our website and systems may store or process information on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7) How we store, protect and retain information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes using reputable platforms, access controls, and secure processes appropriate to the information we hold.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide services you request, and to meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8) Cookies, analytics and advertising

We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website (for example: which pages are visited, time on page, and referral sources). We may also use advertising features to measure and improve marketing performance.

  • You can manage cookie settings in your browser, including clearing cookies and blocking new ones.
  • Blocking cookies may affect some website features and performance.
  • If you interact with our content on platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook, those platforms may collect information under their own privacy policies.

For more information about privacy in Australia, visit the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
